How this tool works—and what it cannot tell you

Expected customers = qualified leads × conversion rate. Revenue = expected customers × average sale value. Contribution = revenue × contribution margin. Net contribution = contribution − total event cost. Return on event cost = net contribution ÷ total event cost × 100. Break-even customers = total event cost ÷ contribution per customer, rounded up. Fractional expected customers are valid for scenario modelling; actual customers are whole numbers. Zero margin cannot break even. Zero leads makes cost per lead undefined. The model does not estimate causality, timing of cash receipts, repeat sales or lifetime value.

How to get a more useful result

Use specific examples and real evidence. When you do not know something, leave optional fields blank or choose “Not sure.” Treat the output as a working document to discuss with colleagues, not a claim ready for publication. Downloads stay on your device until you choose to share them.
